1. Open the Vibe app from your Home Screen while you still have internet.
2. Open VIBE PULSE.
3. Tap See All Events.
4. Confirm you see Last synced on this device.
5. Open Cruise Docs.
6. Open each important document before the trip.
7. Use your phone’s Share button to save important docs to local device storage, such as Files, Books, Photos, or another offline app.
8. Test Airplane Mode once before sailing.

Events can be shown from the last successful sync. Cruise Docs need internet to open from Vibe, unless you saved them separately to your local device storage.

Cruise Docs is a shared trip area, not personal storage. Files are meant to help the invited cruise group.

Files open through a secure app flow so Cruise Docs do not need public file links.

1. Open the Vibe app from your Home Screen while connected to internet.
2. Open VIBE PULSE, then tap See All Events.
3. Make sure you see Last synced on this device.
4. Turn on Airplane Mode.
5. If needed, turn Wi-Fi off too, so the phone is fully offline.
6. Open the Vibe app again from your Home Screen.
7. Tap See All Events.
8. You should see Offline Mode and your saved cruise events.

If the events do not appear, turn internet back on, open the cruise planner again, wait for the sync message, then test one more time.

Offline mode works best from the installed Home Screen app. A normal Safari tab may not open correctly after Airplane Mode is turned on.

If your phone is locked, the app is closed, or your browser pauses background activity, offline reminders may not appear.

For important events, the safest option is to add the event to your device calendar. Your phone’s calendar can remind you even when the site is closed or you are offline.
